Tornadoes everywhere. All over the place. Our electricity went out yesterday and the sirens went off for over 30 minutes. We had golf ball sized hail, too. The freaky thing is, I slept through the entire thing. Yes, I slept through golf ball sized hail banging down on the roof, thunder so loud it shook the house, and a 30 minute tornado siren. How in the world did I do that? Do you know how freaky it is to think that I could have slept through the tornado itself? I'm sure if Kent tried to wake me up to move downstairs, it wouldn't have registered. I would have been sleep walking.

There were more tornadoes today, but so far the worst one was down in Oklahoma. I guess Moore, OK was hit really hard. Not sure what's going on there. They do know that the tornado was 2 miles wide, which is a pretty significant size. Most tornadoes I know are only a mile wide, but 2? My god. Rumor has it so far that many schools, homes and buildings were flattened and some homes were on fire. Makes me think of the Greensburg, KS tornado that wiped out the entire town. I hope Moore wasn't wiped out completely.

I'm sure the tornadoes aren't done causing havoc. I'm just going to have to sit back and hope I don't sleep through another one again, especially if it decides to hit my house hard.
